Life can be chaotic and consuming, therapy with me won’t be. I’ll help you process the painful and celebrate the glimmers. I’ll ask the hard questions but we’ll move at your pace. Therapy isn’t all serious all the time- humor heals, too!

The Women I Work With

Are- in a word- fanfuckingtastic.
They’re bright, funny, creative, and kind.

They’re sensitive & intuitive but have been programmed to prioritize productivity & achievements over intimacy & emotions.

Their high hopes & big dreams are often accompanied by self-doubt & unattainable standards.

They’re in such a hurry- but to where?

They compare themselves to others and think, “There must be something wrong with me.”

They analyze, criticize, and shame themselves to exhaustion. They hide the parts they’ve deemed “unlovable” from the world.

They feel like they’re somehow “too much” and “not enough” all at once.
They fear how much they can feel.

They come to therapy when they can’t manage it all alone anymore.
I remind them that they don’t have to do it alone- and neither do you.
